What’s a credit union got to do with it?

Our research, conducted through a series of online surveys, indicated that awareness of Pollok Credit Union’s loan products was low and that most individuals surveyed had no knowledge that they could avail themselves of lower interest rates on larger living expenses such as home improvements, cars and holidays.

Accordingly, we launched our Facebook ad campaign “What’s a credit union got to do with it?” in an attempt to penetrate the psyche of our target audience who previously would have considered alternative banking and lending facilities as a more appropriate destination for funding these larger expenses.
